Rate coefficients for electron-impact dissociation of O3+ to singly charged fragments

چکیده

Rate coefficients for electron-impact dissociation of O3 + to the O+ and O2 fragments are calculated new, recommended cross section data set various collisional conditions. Two sets data, measured recently by different experimental groups, used. These sections differ significantly with each other, but renormalized optimized coherent base. ozone cation fragmentation determined using Maxwellian non-thermal electron energy distribution functions (EEDF). In case distribution, mean energies cover range from zero up 2 keV. Non-thermal adopted recent observations 3-D plasma energetic particles experiment on WIND spacecraft. The rates evaluated 4 80 eV. role possible contribution layer depletion has been emphasized.
